Method of TS POLYCET 2024 Final Counselling

Every Year “The Directorate of Technical Education” (DTE) publishes a notification during the 1st week of June to intimate the date wise ranks of the contenders who are shortlisted to attend for Registration, Verification of Certificates and Dates for filling preferences. Those who fail to report for registration and documents verification will not be considered for seat allotment in any of the polytechnic programmes. Registration For Web Counselling

First of all, students need to fill the online application form to take part in the Last Phase of POLYCET Counselling 2024. Previous candidates can also participate in that to look after better option if (available).

Steps To Fill TS POLYCET Online Registration Form:

• The aspirants need to open the official web portal.
• Aspirants need to search for the Counselling registration forms.
• After finding link click on it.
• The aspirants need to fill the details and submit the form.
• Contenders need to take print out of the form for references.

Verification of Certificates/ Documents –

• Hall ticket & Rank Card of TS POLYCET-2024
• 10th (SSC) Marksheet and Passing Certificates.
• Need Class 3rd-10th Bonafide Certificate.
• Category Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (it belongs to).
• Income Certificate issued by MRO issued after 01.01.2024 should be submitted if aspirants want to claim fee reimbursement.
• Transfer/ Migration Certificate.
• Sports Quota Certificates (NCC/ CAP)
• Candidates will issue a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres after Verification.

Filling Online Preference

After the verification, the students will get the List of Polytechnic Courses offered and its codes. According to that, postulants may list out Polytechnic in order of preference the courses which he/ she thinks to take admission. The students should first make a priority number with a list of programmes in the Blank Option Form before they attempt to fill the choice on the web. After the finalizing the options, finalizing are advised to take a printout of the final option form for future references.

TS Polytechnic Final Seat Allotment 2024–

On the basis of choice/ option filling. allotment of seat will be made as per the merit ranks and category (mentioned in above post). Final allotment will make as per the scheduled date and candidates have to download the TS Polytechnic Seat Allotment Letter from the official website.

Payment of Fee & Reporting to the Institution –

After getting the provisional letter, candidates have to pay the due course fee at one of the designated banks and take a receipt. After that, students with the allotment order and fee receipt have to report to the college in which he/ she gets the seat allotment. Any delays in reporting may cancel the admission and there will be no claim for further allotment.

1. Aspirants should have to visit the official site.
2. With the given user ID and password, Log in to the portal.
3. Go on seat allotment and download the pdf file of a provisional letter.
4. Save it and take a hard copy for further use.
