• The applicants have to log on to the official portal of SCERT.
• Official portal is scertdelhi.admissions.nic.in
• Select the admissions link.
• You have to go to the Counselling link provided over there.
  
• You have to click on “New Registration”.
• Fill the details asked you to provide.
• Make sure about your email id and phone number.
• An ID and Password will be generated for each individual separately.
• Complete the counseling by following the instructions.
