- No existing Type-IV or other types of quarters will transfer from Non-gazetted pool to Gazetted pool
- For the purpose of allotment of RPF quarters, Railway staff categorize into two categories that is essential and non-essential.
- Out of the quarters set apart for essential category staff, the separate pool of quarters must maintain for the running staff proportionate.
- The RPF quarters facilities of the loco running staff pool, on vacation, should allow only to the loco running staff.
- During the period of unauthorized occupation, the employee would require to pay the damage rate of rent in respect of the railway quarter.
- One set of post-retirement pass must disallow for every month of unauthorized retention of Railway quarters by retire employee.
