For applying for the Semi-skilled workman posts candidates must have to be qualified in Matriculation and along with that candidates must have a National Trade Certificate (NTC)/ National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) which must be issued by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) \, Matriculation for Labour Posts.
