प्रोफेशनल एक्जामिनेशन बोर्ड द्वारा 21 फरवरी 2017 को महिला पर्यवेक्षक व आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता के 714 पदों के लिए विज्ञापन जारी किया गया। यह परीक्षा 25 से 31 मार्च 2017 को प्रदेशभर में आयोजित की गई। हर परीक्षा का रिजल्ट 60 दिन के अंदर आने का नियम होने के कारण आवेदक रिजल्ट का इंतजार कर रहे थे, लेकिन ऑनलाइन परीक्षा होने के बाद भी आज तक रिजल्ट नहीं आया। परीक्षा को आयोजित हुए छह महीने हो चुके हैं। इस कारण आवेदकों को डर सता रहा है कि कहीं परीक्षा किसी विवादों में तो नहीं फंस गई है।
मार्च 2017 में हुई ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर पदों की परीक्षा का रिजल्ट आने के बाद आवेदकों ने इस मामले की जानकारी लेने के लिए पीईबी ऑफिस के चक्कर काटे, लेकिन अफसरों ने कोई जबाव नहीं दिया। आवेदकों की शिकायत पर डीबी स्टार ने इस मामले में पीईबी के परीक्षा नियंत्रक प्रो. एके भदौरिया से बात की, तो उन्होंने बताया कि परीक्षा में विवाद जैसी कोई स्थिति नहीं है। कुछ आवेदकों के अनुभव संबंधी मार्क्स अभी विभाग से नहीं आए हैं। जैसे ही मार्क्स आएंगे, वैसे ही रिजल्ट घोषित कर देंगे। गौरतलब है कि महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग में कुपोषण व गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए कई योजनाएं संचालित की जाती हैं। इन योजनाओं के लिए प्रदेश स्तर पर पर्यवेक्षक महिला व पर्यवेक्षक महिला आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता के 714 पदों के लिए भर्ती की जा रही है।

So far as the prayer for interim relief is concerned, it is
directed that the petitioners’ candidature for the post of
Supervisor as a departmental candidate be provisionally accepted
provided they are otherwise eligible for the said post. The
petitioners be permitted to participate in the selection process,
however, the result of the petitioners be not declared without the
leave of the Court. This provisional order will not create any right
or equity in favour of the petitioners.
List the matter along with W.P. No.3553/2017 and W.P.
No.4145/2017.
