Candidates who have Qualified in the Prelims examination/ Assessment for the Vacant Posts of assistant in the month of August 2015 only they will be called up on for the Interview . For a total of 15 marks the Interview will be conducted .The Interview will be mainly focused and mainly based on the Insurance questions and on the Normal H.R questions of the United India Insurance-[UIN] , and as it is an General Insurance company-[G.I.C] . So one should mainly focus and concentrate more on The General Insurance questions .and He/ She must possess the knowledge of United India Insurance company-[U.I.I.C] which is Most important.
The applicants may face the Following ten questions Commonly.
1-Tell Us something about yourself , which is not there in the resume/ application.?
2-Why Insurance sector?
3- Tell Us about you Home town?
4-What are your areas of improvement ?
5- Are you ok in working where in the state, posting in other than your preference.
6- What do you Know about our Company.
7-Who is the Present chairman of LIC.
8-What Are the Things which makes you weak in front of other person?
9- Some general awareness questions?
10- Questions related to Subject or the core area of education.
Tips to be followed in order to do well in the Examination:
1-First do not panic by seeing the interview panel of three to five members.
2-Be Confident enough while giving the answers.
3-Though all of them may ask you rapid questions about the ones carrier.
4-Be familiar with the core subjects which you have studied.
5- Focus on the General Knowledge as 50 % questions were asked from this section in previous years.
6-Be clear while making a statement.
7-And don’t give answer which provokes the panel to ask another question.
