Telangana TRT School Assistant Eligibility 2024

The Government of Telangana will conduct the various competitive exam to fill the various government jobs in Telangana State. Now the TSPSC had released the notification TRT notification for school assistant in various Government Schools. Every year the Directorate of School Education conducts the exam for the TRT exam. But the board gave a TRT responsibility to Directorate of School Education will hold the District Selection Committee (DSC) for the Teachers recruitment on TS government schools on the basis of governments rules and norms below we have provided the selection process for the TRT post. The aspirants applying for the TRT need to go through the eligibility. The students who satisfy the below eligibility are only eligible to apply for the post. The TSPSC had mentioned the educational qualification, age limit etc details in the eligibility. The applicants can go through the official notification to get more details of eligibility.

School Assistant (Mathematics )

• The aspirants must possess a Graduate / Post-Graduate Degree in Mathematics in recognized University with 50 % marks for the General category. But for OBC/ST/SC Category should have maximum 45 % marks of marks. The applicants should have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course with Mathematics as a Methodology subject an institution recognized by NCTE
  OR
• The student should be completed B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed.Integrated degree, with at least 50% marks for SC/ST/ OBC Category. The applicants should have Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course with Mathematics as a Methodology subject an institution recognized by NCTE.

School Assistant (Physical Science)

• The aspirants must possess a Graduate’s Degree in Physics and Chemistry with 50 % marks for General Category and 45% marks for OBC/ST/SC Category or aspirants need posses B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed in the subject of Physical Science / Physics /Chemistry / Science as a Methodology from any institution recognized by NCTE. Then applicants should be completed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) courses with Physical Science / Physics / Chemistry /Science as Methodology subject from any institution recognized by NCTE.

School Assistant (Biological Science)

• The students need to possess Graduate’s and PG in Botany and Zoology with 50 % for General and 45% for OBC /ST/Sc categories. or aspirants need to pass B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed.Integrated degree with at least 50% marks. Then applicants need to complete Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course with Biological Science / Natural Sciences / Science / Botany /Zoology as a Methodology subject from any institution recognized by NCTE.

School Assistant (Social Studies)

• The aspirants must possess a Graduate’s Degree in the subjects of History/ Social Sciences/ Geography/ History/ Politics/ Political
  Science/ Economics. Contenders should complete pass B.A.B.Ed/ B.Sc.B.Ed.Integrated degree with at least 50% marks. Then applicants should complete in B.Ed in any one of mentioned above subjects.

School Assistant (English)

• i)The aspirants Must possess Graduation with English as one of the optional / Graduation in Literature in English / PostGraduation Degree in English from a University recognized by UGC with 50% (In case of SC / ST / BC /Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course with English as a Methodology subject from any institution recognized by NCTE. (OR) Must possess 4-year B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks with English as a Methodology from any institution recognized by NCTE.

School Assistant (Telugu)

• The aspirants need complete The applicants need to possess Graduation with Telugu in a University of B.Ed courses with Telugu background with at least 50% marks recognized university or contenders should be needed to complete B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree in Telugu as a Methodology subject\

School Assistant (Hindi)

• The contenders should possess Graduation in Literature in Hindi and B.Ed courses with Hindi background with at least 50% marks recognized university or students must complete B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree in Hindi as a Methodology subject

School Assistant (Urdu)

The aspirants should be completed Graduation in Literature in Urdu and B.Ed courses with Urdu background with at least 50% marks recognized university or aspirants need to complete B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree in Urdu as a Methodology subject

School Assistant(Kannada)

•  Must possess Graduation with Kannada as one of the optional / Graduation in Literature in Kannada / Bachelor’s
  Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in Kannada / PostGraduation Degree in Kannada from a University recognised by UGC with 50% (In case of SC / ST / BC /Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be45%) and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course with Kannada as a Methodology subject or LanguagePandit Training in Kanada from any institution recognised by NCTE.

School Assistant (Tamil)

• The applicants need to possess Graduation with Tamil in a University of B.Ed courses with Tamil background with at least 50% marks recognized university or aspirants need to complete B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree in Tamil as a Methodology subject or Language Pandit Training in Tamil from any institution recognized by NCTE

Note: For above subject wise post the applicants need to pass in Paper II of Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test(APTET) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and for Mathematics and Science, Social Studies subjects the TET is Optional. Based on the category the applicants needs to score the marks.

Age Limit: 

• Students need to have minimum 18 years and should not cross the 39 years as on 1st July 2015.
• BC/ SC/ST candidates must have the maximum age limit of 44 years
• The PWH should not cross 49 years

Telangana State PSC TRT Recruitment Process

The aspirants who applied for the recruitment will attend the online test. The Online test details will be released on the official site. The applicants those who passed in TET are only eligible to attend the exam. Now the commission will provide the post according to the written test marks of 80 % and 20 % marks of TET is considered for the TSPSC TRT Merit List.
