As per the official notification, the West Bengal State Council For Vocational Training has released the merit list in the month of June for the admission of ITI (Industrial Training Institute), ITC (Industrial Training Certificates) and JP (Junior Polytechnic). WBSCVT ITI Choice Filling 2024 Counselling Schedule

The selection/ merit list had published on the official site in June 2024. From the user ID & password of an individual, he/ she have to register for the Online Counselling of WBSCVT CET-2024. The online choice filling for counselling procedure started from the 3rd week of June 2024. Scheduled dates for WBSCVT ITI 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd Counselling 2024 are declared now. Students have to research about the college which is suitable for admission and submit the preference. Once the state-wise merit list is prepared, a notification / SMS will be forwarded to the candidate’s mobile number and email id which is provided in the application form containing credentials for login to the WBSCVT Counselling portal to participate in the Choice Filling for ITI/ ITC/ JP Online Counselling.

One Applicant can provide their preference for trades and colleges based on the availability of seats in that particular institute. Auto up-gradation of seat allocation will be also available for the applicants. Auto up-gradation criteria and its process are available on the website. The Last Date of WBSCVT ITI Choice Filling for online counseling will be intimated through the official website.

After the completion of the preference filling is successful, based on the rank position and the choice of trades given by the applicant online seat allotment process will be initiated. It would be organized in few phases like WBSCVT Phase 1/2/3 Counselling 2024. The seat will be allocated to the applicant in those preferred Institutes for which he/she has been given the options. The applicant can see their allocated seats and take a print out of seat confirmation slip from the website. If any contenders will be not satisfied then he/ she have to wait for next allotment.

Once the option filling and seat allotment process were done aspirants will get the provisional admission letter. After getting trade confirmation slips, applicants should have reported to the respective Govt. ITI/ITC/JPs or Govt. ITIs running within the specified date and time which will be given in the Provisional Allotment Letter. In case the candidate does not take admission within the mentioned time period the admission will automatically be canceled. After confirmation of the admission in any trade of any Govt. ITI/ ITC/ JP can’t be changed/ modified once the letter will be issued to the applicants.

All the original documents and educational certificates for admission along with a set of self-attested copies, Copy of West Bengal SCVT Rank 2024 and a seat confirmation receipt should be needed at the time of admission. Mandatorily due Course/ Programme Fees should be deposited at the time of admission.
