Age Limit:

Age relaxation period is 5 years for the SC/ST category, 3 years for OBC candidates as per organizational norms.

Education Qualification:

For Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):

• Two years integrated post graduate M.sc in the regional college of education of NCERT in the concerned subject.
• B.Ed from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi medium.

For Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT):

• Four years of integrated Degree course of regional college of NCRET in the concerned subject with at least 50 % marks in aggregate.
• Passed in Central teacher Eligibility test Paper-II conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed the NCTE for the purpose.
• Proficiency in the Hindi and English medium.

For Primary Teacher (PRT):

• Candidate should possess two of Diploma in Education (D.Ed.).
• The Aspirants having professional B.Ed or B.Ed special education are not eligible.
