Educational Qualification
- General Depot – Candidates should possess the Bachelor’s Degree with aggregate 60% marks OR CA/ ICWA/ CS Certificate. For ST/ SC/ PH there are 55% marks needed.
- Accountant – The Applicants have to complete the B.Com/ MBA/ Diploma in Finance OR Chartered Accountant from the renowned university/ college.
- Technical – Those who apply FCI MT (Technical) have to get the B.Sc (Agri.) OR BE/ BTech in Food Science/ Agri Engg/ Bio-Technology.
- FCI MT (Civil/ Mech/ Electronic) – The aspirants must have the certificate of B.tech completion in their respective fields/ streams.
Age Limit – Postulates should not be more than 28 years. The relaxation in upper age will be given to the ST, SC, OBC, PH category candidates as per the government norm.

Pattern Of FCI MT Written Exam 2024
The examination shall be conducted in four parts. Paper-I/ Paper-II/ Paper-III/ Paper-IV all take place in the single sitting.
Paper-I – The question consists of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (Objective Type). The paper contains the subjects like General Aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Management and Current Affairs for the post of Management Trainees. Applicants have to complete the paper in 1 hour 30 min.
Paper-II:
(For Account) – There will be 120 objective types of questions relevant to the General Accounting and Finance for candidates applying for Management Trainee.
(Technical) – The MCQ (Objective Type Paper) consists of Agriculture, Food Science, and Technology, Agricultural Engineering & Bio-Technology for candidates applying for FCI MT posts.
(For Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering) – The question will be related to their respective streams. There will total 120 questions will ask in the form of multiple-choice in which one is correct and three are wrong. Choose the right one.
*For FCI MT Paper-2 Exam the composite time duration is 90 minutes (1 hr 30 min) and there is no provision of negative marking in any paper.
Paper-III – Candidates who will be applying for the Post Code I Manager (Hindi) have to write the paper-3 which is the objective type examination paper. The question will be based on General Hindi, General English, General Awareness, General Intelligence, Computer Awareness, Management & Current Affairs. 120 questions are there to solve in 90 minutes.
Paper- IV – Translation – 2 Passages, one each from Hindi to English and vice-versa. Two (2) Essays each in Hindi & English.
Letter Writing, one each in Hindi & English. Precis Writing one each in Hindi & English. 1 hour 30 min should complete the paper.
