Bihar Daroga (Male/Female) PET/ PST Physical Details

The physical test includes two exams as physical qualification test and a ground test. In the physical qualification test, the physical eligibility of the candidates will test. In the Ground test, the various test will be conducted on the candidates on grounds. This shows the physical standards of the applicants. These tests are conducted as follows.

PMT: Physical Measurement Test–

Male Candidates-

• 165 cms should be the prescribed height of the Male candidates.
• The chest should be 81 cms and when expanded it should be 86 cms. Minimum 5 cms should increase after expansion.

Female Candidates-

• The height of the female candidates should be 160 cms.
• Chest measurements are Not Applicable for the female contenders.

If candidates qualify for this Physical Measurement Test, then only they will move forward to the next level of the selection round which is the Physical Standard test which will be conducted on the grounds. There will be some physical activities which candidates have to qualify to move on to the next round which is the written test.

PST: Physical Standard Test –

Race –

• 1.6 km of race should be completed by the Male candidates in total 6 minutes of time duration.
• Female aspirants have to finish 1 km race in 6 m minutes of time duration.

High Jump –

• Male contenders have to qualify for 4 feet high jump in three chances.
• Female candidates must have to qualify for 3 feet high jump in three chances.

Long Jump-

• 12 feet long jump must be finished in three chances by male aspirants.
• Female aspirants have to qualify in 9 feet long jump in three chances.

Shot Put-

• Male candidates have to throw 16 pounds shot put at 16 feet away.
• Female candidates need to throw this 12 Shot put 10 feet away.
